“We’re stoked to confirm the line-up for next year’s BASSINTHEGRASS, which will be better than ever as we all had to miss out on this year’s event,” NT Major Events CEO Tim Watsford said.

“With such a great selection of acts we expect music fans from around Australia to venture north, where they can soak up the sun, sand and good vibes at what has become an unmissable event for Territorians. BASSINTHEGRASS is the perfect excuse to start planning your Territory adventure.”

This will be the first time The Jungle Giants will perform in the Territory. Band member Cesira Aitken said she’s keen to head north.

“It’s been such a long time between shows and this will be our first time in the Northern Territory. It’ll be a special time after such a weird year, we can’t wait!” she said.

Australian electropop duo Boo Seeka – made up of Ben Gumbleton and Michael May – said they were keen to get back to the Top End for BASSINTHEGRASS.

“It’s easily one of our favourite festivals,” Michael said. “Darwin is such an awesome place and we’re both really looking forward to playing for fans at Mindil Beach next year in May.”
