For Caterers
Major Events ensures a wide selection of caterers and food outlets are available to satisfy most dietary requirements. Drinks range from freshly squeezed juices, soft drinks, and alcoholic beverages to freshly brewed coffee and tea.
If you are a licensed catering outlet and would like to apply for a site at the next SKYCITY Triple Crown - Round 8, 2010 V8 Supercar Championship Series, 18 - 20 June, at Hidden Valley download a Catering Outlet Site Application Form and a Caterers Pass Application Form.
In accordance with the conditions of our insurer, CAMS Ltd, we require proof of your current of public liability insurance cover, valid for the 2010 event.
A three day site fee of $550 (incl GST) will apply to all Caterers. Included in this fee are 4 x 3-day Caterers Passes and one only adhesive Car Pass which must be placed on windscreen. Additional Caterers Passes available at a cost of $65 each and additional car passes available at $100 each. Additional passes must be requested no later than 2 weeks prior to the event.
Any breach of our event ticketing will be severely dealt with, Caterers may be asked to remove themselves from the venue.
Caterers and Stall Holders Regulations
Catering Site
Catering site must be kept clean, tidy and well presented at all times. Any back of house area must be fenced (and fences covered with weed matting or alternatively suitable material) out of view of patrons.
Shade Structure
Caterers are responsible to provide their own shade, structure, eskies and equipment requirements.
Rubbish Storage
Caterers must supply their own rubbish bins and liners. Caterers are responsible for their own set up and clean up. Full rubbish bags can be placed in the supplied wheelie bins for collection.
Products
Cadbury Schweppes non alcoholic beverages only are to be sold. NT Major Events Company Pty Ltd will reserve the right to remove any other products on the day. Caterers situated in the Track Centre must not sell soft drinks, however water is allowed.
Insurance Details
Prior to NT Major Events Company Pty Ltd confirming a site, we need to receive your current certificate of insurance, which must be valid for the 2009 event.
Staff
Staff are to be provided by each Caterer and are to be neatly attired.
Caterers Options
Shirts
Official shirts for on site caterers are available this year from our merchandiser, Total Promotions on 8941 3775. The polo shirt will display our SKYCITY Triple Crown - Round 8, 2010 V8 Supercar Championship Series, 18 - 20 June, logo on the left side. You can also arrange with Total Promotions to embroider your company name on the shirts. Please confirm with Total Promotions for deadline of orders.
Signage
Signage can be arranged through Aussie Signs on 8947 0180. The signs will be white corflute and will have your company name screen-printed onto it. Please confirm with Aussie Signs for deadline of orders.
