Northern Territory Major Events Company ensures most team merchandising is available to satisfy fans in Merchandise Alley. You may make application to NT Major Events by submitting the Merchandise Site Application Form.
Merchandiser applications close Friday 16 May 2014.
(all fees are inclusive of GST):
- Pantec/Marquee display (min 19m x 7m) $1100
- Pantec/Marquee display (min 12m x 7m) $825
- Pantec/Marquee retail sites (up to 6m x 6m) $440
- Pantec/Marquee display (non income generating) $385
Site fee includes two (2) x 3 day Merchandiser passes and one (1) adhesive car pass which must be placed on the windscreen. Additional trade passes are available for $75 and car passes are available for $100. Site fees and additional passes must be purchased no later than 2 weeks prior to the event.
The Promoter reserves the right to refuse the sale of any item that directly conflicts with the Event’s official merchandise range.
Merchandisers are responsible to provide their own shade, structure, eskies and equipment requirements. For shade structures, contact Stephen Palmer, Territory Events Hire 08 8942 0722.
Stall holders must supply their own rubbish bins and liners. Merchandisers are responsible for their own set up and clean up. Full rubbish bags can be placed in the supplied wheelie bins for collection. Please FLATTEN BOXES before placing in bins.
Prior to NT Major Events Company Pty Ltd confirming a site, we need to receive your current certificate of insurance, which must be valid for the 2014 event.
Staff are to be provided by each stall holder and are to be neatly attired.
