- Marquee opening time 9:00 am on Saturday and Sunday
- Refreshments, including light and heavy beer, bottled wine, champagne, soft drinks, water, tea and coffee served between 10:30 am and 4:30 pm
- Buffet luncheon 12:00 noon – 2:00 pm
- Guests are reminded that children must have full pass sets to gain access to the corporate facilities NO PASSES, NO ENTRY – NO EXCEPTIONS
- Friday general admission is NOT included in these corporate packages
- Bookings to be made through NT Major Events Company by completing the Corporate Hospitality Booking Form
