For Merchandise

Major Events ensures most team merchandising is available to satisfy most fans in Merchandise Alley.  You may make application to Major Events by submitting the Merchandise Site Application Form and the Merchandise Ticket Application Form.

Site Fees (all fees are inclusive of GST):

  • Pantec display (min 19m x 7m) - $550
  • Pantec display (min 12m x 7m) - $550
  • Marquee retail sites (up to 6m x 6m) - $550
  • Pantec display (non income generating) - $550

Site fee includes 2 x 3 day trade passes and one adhesive car pass which must be placed on the windscreen.  Additional trade passes are available for $65 and car passes are available for $100.  Site fees and additional passes must be purchased no later than 2 weeks prior to the event.

Any breach of our event ticketing will be severely dealt with, Merchandisers may be asked to remove themselves from the venue.

The Promoter reserves the right to refuse the sale of any item that directly conflicts with the Event’s official merchandise range.

Shade Structure

Merchandisers are responsible to provide their own shade, structure, eskies and equipment requirements.

Rubbish Storage

Stall holders must supply their own rubbish bins and liners.  Merchandisers are responsible for their own set up and clean up.  Full rubbish bags can be placed in the supplied wheelie bins for collection.  Boxes must be flattened prior to placing in bins.

Insurance Details

Prior to NT Major Events Company Pty Ltd confirming a site, we need to receive your current certificate of insurance, which must be valid for the 2010 event.

Staff

Staff are to be provided by each stall holder and are to be neatly attired.
